The Red Ribbon Club of the College aims at harnessing the potential of the youth by equipping them with correct information on Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Nutrition and Reproductive and Sexual Health and building their capacities as peer educators in spreading message on positive health behavior in an enabling environment.

• Grievance Re-dressal Committee for Sexual Harassment
To provide the girl students a healthy and congenial atmosphere in the college, the Grievance Redressal Committee for Sexual Harassment has been constituted. The Committee shall deal with all the cases /complaints of sexual or any other type of harassment of the students. The Committee also includes student representatives.

The annual College magazine, Agammi Jyot offers a platform for student writers by encouraging their creativity and giving expression to their inner thoughts. Students express their innovative ideas, experiences and views in a language of their choice i.e English, Hindi or Punjabi. The faculty members too contribute enthusiastically to the magazine. Two new sections have been added to the College Magazine on Sikh Religion, Philosophy and Ideology and Economics.

• Placement and Career Counseling Cell
The Placement and Career Counseling Cell was established in the year 2003 to facilitate employment on-campus. The Cell aims to provide students with information and guidance about professional and job-oriented courses.
It aims at making arrangements with multi-national corporations and IT companies for placement of the various students in the areas of information technology, communication services and various other areas of their expertise. It regularly organizes various workshops, seminars and career counseling sessions in order to enlighten students regarding various placement opportunities.

• Gurmat Vichaar Sabha
The Gurmat Vichaar Sabha functions in the College to provide anchorage to the students by making them aware of the basic tenets and institutions of Sikhism. In the beginning of the session the Gurmat Vichaar Sabha organises the Paath of Sri Sukhmani Sahib for the success of the students. Every month, the day of ‘Sangrand’ is celebrated with devotion and ‘Ardaas’ is performed for the welfare and prosperity of all.
Dr Jagdeep Singh (Deptt of Punjabi) manages the affairs of the Gurmat Vichaar Sabha with dedication and devotion.
• Student Central Association (SCA)
The Student Central Association was elected on 26 August 2015 for democratic functioning of the college. The SCA contributes actively in organization of various functions and fests of the College.
